For Kunstmuseum The Hague, I photographed a campaign image centered around one of their absolute masterpieces: Piet Mondrian’s Victory Boogie Woogie.
The museum created this campaign to celebrate its highlights.
With three models, I composed a living tribute to Mondrian’s final work. Their poses, clothing, and positioning in space form a graphic composition that echoes the rhythms and planes of the painting. The result is an image that plays with balance, movement, and abstraction. A human echo of Mondrian’s iconic masterpiece.
It was a dream assignment and a true honor to pay tribute to such a grand master through my photography.
